Hello, I go by Leah or Aly. I’m 17 years old and currently an 11th grader. I’m a writer and editor, and I’ve been editing for around 7 years, although I’ve been on hiatus for almost 2–3 years now. I have a lot of experience with Alight Motion and a little experience with After Effects. I mostly edit anime, whether it’s vibe style, raw/daddy style, candy style, or whatever I feel like experimenting with. I also edit films and vlogs, and I do GFX during my free time as well.

When it comes to writing, I enjoy writing stories, poems, and even letters for my loved ones. I like putting my thoughts and ideas into words, whether it’s something completely random or something more personal.

I’ve also been a little inactive on social media lately because I’ve been focusing more on myself and trying out new things. I’ve been learning languages, drawing, painting, reading books, and just finding different ways to improve myself and pick up new hobbies. I’m still figuring out what I enjoy and what I want to get better at, but I’ve been enjoying the process of learning and trying new things.

I’m a very distant person. Yes, I’m sociable and I do enjoy meeting new people, but I’m also very choosy about the people I become friends with and who I let into my life. Even if I have friends, I barely talk to them sometimes, both online and in real life. Of course, they’re fully aware that I’m naturally distant, so if I’m quiet or don’t talk much, it’s usually nothing personal. There are times when I’m really talkative and social, and there are also times when I’m quiet and prefer keeping to myself.

My read status is always off, and I usually reply to messages whenever I want to or whenever I have the energy to. I’m not always active or available to talk, but if it’s an emergency or someone genuinely needs me, I’ll always make sure to reply.

I’m also okay with being friends with both minors and adults. I interact with people appropriately according to their age and always respect personal boundaries.

As for my beliefs, I’m agnostic, but I respect people from different religions and their beliefs. I support LGBTQ+ people and Palestine, and I don’t support Trump or people who are openly against LGBTQ+ people. I respect everyone regardless of their beliefs, but I prefer not to socialize closely with people whose values strongly go against mine. I’m not interested in judging or starting arguments with anyone, I simply choose to keep my distance from people I don’t feel comfortable associating with.
